2. Information We Collect

We collect information in several ways, including information you provide directly to us, information we collect automatically, and information we receive from third parties.

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

For Partners (Our Business Customers):

  • Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, physical address, and account credentials.
  • Subscription & Billing Information: To process your subscription payments, we collect payment details (e.g., credit card number, billing address) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

For End-Customers (Customers of our Partners):

  • Order Information: When you place an order through the App, we collect your name, delivery address, email address, and phone number on behalf of the Partner.
  • Payment Information: Your payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: We collect information about your mobile device, such as the device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
  • Location Data: With your permission, we collect your precise location data to enable features like AR Measurement and Map Measurement.
  • Camera Access: To use the AR Measurement and QR Code scanning features, we require access to your device's camera.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and manage the Service, process transactions, communicate with you, and for analytics and security purposes.

  • To send order confirmations, delivery updates, and receipts

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with our Partners (your supplier), with service providers (like Railway, Supabase, Stripe, Google Maps), for legal reasons, or in case of a business transfer.

4.1 With Partners

When End-Customers place orders, their information is shared with the Partner (supplier) to fulfill the order and provide customer service.

4.2 With Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Service:

  • Railway: Cloud hosting platform
  • Supabase: Database and authentication services
  • Stripe, Square, PayPal: Payment processing
  • Telnyx and Twilio: SMS text messaging
  • Resend: Email delivery
  • Cloudinary: Image storage
  • Google Maps: Geocoding and routing services
  • QuickBooks: Accounting integration

4.3 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

  • Access and Update: You can access and update your account information through the App or by contacting us.
  • Delete Account: You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting support.
  • Location Permissions: You can disable location access in your device settings, but this may limit certain features.
  • Camera Access: You can disable camera access in your device settings, but this will prevent use of AR and QR code features.
  • Marketing Communications: You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link or contacting us.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under data protection laws such as GDPR or CCPA, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data.

8. Children's Privacy

These may include order confirmations, delivery and driver-assignment notifications, account alerts, one-time login passcodes (2FA), and customer-care replies.

We will not sell or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

  • Message frequency varies based on your account activity and orders.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.
